Kim J. Jefferson is a mother of three: two daughters and one son with autism. She recently earned her MBA from the Phoenix University on-campus program. She lives in New Orleans, where she has lived her entire life except for two years after Hurricane Katrina. During that time, she lived in Baton Rouge and commuted to work in New Orleans. She is proud to have rebuilt her home and moved back to her hometown. Jefferson said the hurricane helped her put things in perspective.
