About the Book
There are a lot of books in the world and a lot of different types of books. This is a book of quotations intended to give the reader a sense of warmth, appreciation, and wisdom from the Bible as well as a chuckle here and there. Oh, and it’s a very good conversation piece.
The author feels this generation has lost so many values, and she prays for everyone. We have not been short of God’s blessings. However, so many people don’t take time to give Him thanks and praise. Well, the author gives Him thanks for the wisdom that our parents, grandparents, and others shared with us. The things they used to say were wise, funny, and a lot of it came from God’s word. This is a book of legacy that the author was inspired by God to write. It is not about superstition, it’s just plain truth.
Things our ancestors used to say like, “Who wouldn’t serve a God like that” is contained within these pages and so much more. The author also explains what each expression means and how valuable each expression is based on God’s word. The author prays you will be richly blessed.
