About the Author

George Fewquay is the editor of this self-help guide. He founded Youth and Children Services, Inc., a nonprofit organization for at-risk children and youth for the purpose of providing short-term housing and care, in 1987. He presently serves as the volunteer president and consultant and is responsible for development of programs. In addition, he has worked with delinquent youth for ten years and received his college training in the area of criminal justice. Since 1990, however, the authors skills and experience has been in recruiting, job placement, sales, marketing, teaching pre-employment skills, supervision, management, and leadership development.
