Children's Coloring and Activity Book
by Shelvie Birchfield

This book is about teaching children and controlling what goes in their hearts and minds daily. Intended to teach them the importance of faith in God and give them some good direction through the Word of God, this book is about training children in the way they should go. It is about giving the children something interesting to do while they learn and making learning an interesting experience. The author believes her book will put God in the minds of children at an early age and allow them to grow up with God in their lives. One of the best ways to do that is through a spiritual book of spiritual activities from the Word of God.

Children will enjoy the Bible stories as well as learn from them.

About the Author

Shelvie was one of the leading music, singing, and praise dance teachers of the South and has worked with children for over forty years. Her main interest and experience was with young children, from two to thirteen years old, but she has had experience with all ages.

She feels strongly that parents can have a say in what their children are allowed to be exposed to while growing up. She also believes children must be taught to reference God at an early age and know that God loves them.

Her newly published book Childrens Coloring and Activity Book will play a very important role in this teaching process. It will not solve all of parents problems, but it will help them teach and put God and his Word in them. Shelvie has been writing under the inspiration of God for a few years now, and she enjoys creating good works for children and adults as well.

She and her husband are the parents of three lovely daughters. They have married and moved to various parts of the world. They have children and grandchildren of their own which makes Shelvie and her husband the proud great-grandparents of eight children- boys and girls.
