This collection of poems is the product of countless hours on the road behind the wheel of a cross-country tractor-trailer. The poems reflect the loneliness of being apart from my family and the different people and places I have experienced over the course of thirty years or so.
There are countless situations and hours alone in the truck with nothing to do but think. Different things I see and hear somehow fall into place and provide me with the material for a story or poem that may be serious, sad, or often humorous. Some have said that Im perhaps a little warped. I prefer creative. Hey, whatever works.
