Divalicious!

Divalicious! is the story of 14-year-old aspiring actress Hilary Simpson. Her friends want to become famous singers, so Hilary agrees to join them in forming Divalicious! Meanwhile, her father makes a surprising return into her life after a 13-year absence, creating problems for Hilary when he asks her and her mother to move with him to another city. Hilary hates the idea and tries to put a stop to it.

Afra Altaf lives in England in a city called Peterborough. She is 13 years old.

She had a poem published when she was 10, and she won a trophy at school for best creative writing.

Her interest in writing stems from her love of reading. She especially enjoys the writing style of Meg Cabot.
