Gummy's Stories: The First Adventure

Gummy and her friends are hard at work when all of a sudden, they hear a loud noise echoing through the forest. They decide the only way to get to the bottom of this noise is to get there and find it, so the adventure begins.

At the beginning of their journey, they follow the path of the creek that leads them into the thick forest. As they go deeper through the trees, the noise starts rumbling the ground around them. At this point, they are shaking out of their fur with fear that this noise could be coming from a large creature that is taking down the beautiful forest. Will Gummy and friends run back home, or will they continue on? Gummy is waiting inside to give you the story of the first adventure.

My name is Melvina R. Smith, and I live in Lyman, Wyoming, with my husband, James, and my two sons, Willis and James E. I enjoy outdoor activities, including camping, barbecues, and working in my flowerbed. My hobbies are sewing and reading. I also enjoy playing games with my kids and helping them with their homework. My biggest dream is to continue writing childrens books. It is so important to me that children learn how to read because a book can take them to wonderful places that will broaden their imagination.
