Lady Bug

Benita Pollard, age 66, lives in Nashville, Tennessee. She worked as a care giver to the elderly for many years before retiring. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and crocheting. Pollard is also a mother of two adult children. Her love of nature and the outdoors inspired her to create Lady Bug. While raising her children, she loved reading to them and saw the inspiration that young children get from books. She hopes that Lady Bug will inspire today's children and instill in them an appreciation of nature and the outdoors.
