Peter loves pancakes and believes that he has the perfect recipe, complete with butter and syrup. However, everyone’s idea of the perfect pancake is different, and he soon discovers that those differences are good! But even more important than a perfect pancake is the time spent with family and friends.
About the Author
Teresa Gaydosz is a retired public school teacher. She encourages all children, including her twelve grandchildren, to read and to enjoy the journey through the pages of a book. She lives with her husband of over forty years in Western Pennsylvania and has a passion for books, gardens, and her own homemade cookies and pizza.
Ms. Gaydosz is also the author of The Cupcake Princess.
About the Illustrator
Pamela Kate Hoffman is a graduate of the Savannah College of Arts & Design in Savannah, Georgia. Peter’s Perfect Pancakes is the second book Ms. Hoffman has illustrated. She has recently returned to Western Pennsylvania from Savannah, and lives with her husband, daughter, and several four-legged pets.
