The author began this book at the age of nine and finished it when she was forty-four. This is truly her life and lifes work or, rather, it is pieces of her and her life.
The author is currently publishing a nonfiction childrens book called My Cousin Peggy. It is about true experiences of the authors mentally challenged cousin, Peggy, growing up in the south. It tells a story of how life, and anything in it, can be achieved regardless of the challenges. When you think about it, facing life is a challenge within itself. So, lets face life and all of its challenges together.
