Udestha's Guard takes place 4000 years after the demise of earth. Predictably, humans were the ones who killed it but rather than letting them die with the planet, a god-like being intervened. Seeing potential in humans, this "god" moved many to this new planet named Udestha in hopes of a new beginning but not without infusing his own power into the planets core, altering every aspect of the planet and its inhabitants. The plants, wildlife, natural resources and weather all changed by new energy radiated into the now growing planet.
As for Udestha's immigrants, the humans, they're becoming gods themselves.
About the Author
Kenneth Baylor is an aspiring author with an undying need to create. A fulltime husband/father and a fulltime worker, he struggles to find time for his story making but says he simply can't live without doing what he was meant to do. Inspiration for these stories comes from his own life and the countless experiences he's absorbed through movies and books but above all else; music has always spoke stories to him. Of all the tales woven in his head, the story of Udestha's Guard screamed the loudest to be released.
